The menu covers a wide range of braiding and twisting: knotless braids in several sizes and with added length, boho knotless options, Senegalese twists, two-strand twists, cornrows in kids and adult sizes, feed-ins, soft locs, and take-down appointments for removing existing styles. Men's braids and small individual braids are also offered. Some services list included hair, light finishing oil or a set number of parts, and several ask clients to arrive with clean, detangled hair.

Wig making is a central service here. Customers can drop off their own hair bundles locally or mail them in, and mailed-in hair is returned within 48 hours counted from the day it is received. Wig work leaves out bleaching, plucking and styling. Machine-sewn ghost wigs, delivered unstyled, are made for stylists, braiders and hair vendors who prefer to sell wigs they did not construct themselves. Private label production is also offered, with the client's logo and branding applied.

The studio also teaches. Gold Drip Academy runs a beginner sewing class covering machine setup, threading, bobbin winding, straight and zigzag stitching and troubleshooting, offered live online or in person. A Knotless Braiding Class for beginners is also listed.

Several services are offered as model sessions at a reduced price, including some cornrow and straight-back stitch styles. These require photo and video consent, and the hair is not included unless stated. Emergency or last-minute appointments are available, subject to availability, for an extra $50 on top of the style price.
