New hair clients must complete a free consultation before booking, or can complete an online intake form with photos if a consultation is not possible. Personalized bridal hair and makeup is offered for brides and wedding parties, and makeup sessions are available for models, brides and anyone wanting a new look.

The spa has five treatment rooms, each set up for a single service, and a private manicure and pedicure room where nail services are given to one client at a time. An infrared sauna with a connected lounge is reserved for sauna clients, with six treatment options including relaxation, anti-aging and pain relief. Sessions run 35 to 45 minutes, and up to two people can typically use the sauna together. Clients have a private shower bathroom for use after spa services and a common relaxation area to rest before or between treatments. Spa parties for special occasions are offered, and the spa can be booked for private events such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, reunions and couples' retreats, for a half or full day.

Thrival monthly memberships come in three tiers, Silver, Gold and Platinum, each including a spa treatment, a 30 minute infrared sauna session and 10 percent off retail. Charges are made on the 1st or 15th of the month, and a membership can be cancelled with 45 days notice. Clients can book a single appointment, a half day or a full day at the spa, and couples cannot book services together in the same treatment room. A 20 percent gratuity is recommended, and tips can be left in envelopes at the front desk or paid by cash, check or Venmo; tipping on a credit card is possible but carries a processing fee. Free parking is available in a lot by the river reached from the bridge and in a lot by the gas station, and free two-hour parking is available on Bridge Street. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out intake forms.
