Pricing depends on the stylist level. Each style is listed separately for a Lash Stylist and a Master Lash Stylist, and Classy Lady is also offered with a free refill. Colored lashes can be added for $35 for two colors or $50 for three; for four or more colors, clients are asked to consult their stylist for pricing. Refills come in a one-hour form and a shorter 30-minute mini form with fewer lashes.

A full set takes about 60 to 120 minutes and a touch-up about 15 to 60 minutes. Removal of a full set takes about 15 to 30 minutes and is done by a lash stylist with a specialized adhesive remover. Clients need some natural lashes to receive extensions, and clients who had lashes applied by another company pay a one-time transfer fee, which is not listed on the site.

Extensions come in lengths from 6mm to 17mm, in various thicknesses, curls and colors. The studio uses Xtreme Lashes adhesives and tools and says its adhesives meet standards set by the US medical industry. An optional Protective Coating sealer can be applied once or twice a week after the first 24 hours. Aftercare asks clients to avoid swimming or spa visits for 48 hours after a set, and to keep oil-based products and waterproof mascara away from extensions. Natural lashes cycle every 60 to 90 days, and extensions typically last about two months or more.

Clients with known sensitivities can have a patch test on the gel patches, and medical tape can be used under the eyes instead. Extensions are not recommended for clients with alopecia, those undergoing chemotherapy, or those with trichotillomania until effective treatment has been received and normal lash growth has resumed. For cancer recovery clients, thinner 0.10mm lashes may be used during early regrowth and thicker 0.15mm lashes later.

Sets are customized to each client's eyes, brows, skin and hair, with lengths and colors chosen to suit.
