The suite is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Tuesday and Sunday.

The color menu runs from flash highlights with ten foils and a cut, through partial and full-head highlights, to platinum root retouches, balayage, creative color retouches and the platinum card service, which lightens from roots to ends. Color correction is priced by the hour, usually about four hours, and the plan is set during a color consultation. Creative color retouches vary in price with complexity. The consultation is free and takes about ten minutes; clients planning a big change are asked to send a message beforehand.

Beyond color, the suite offers barber cuts, children's cuts for ages 12 and under, cut and style appointments, blowouts, a hair treatment usually added to another service, tinsel and tape-in extension maintenance, and hard wax for lip and brows. Bookings are made online through Glossgenius, and questions can be sent through a contact form that goes to the owner by email. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
