Clients can choose from anti-aging and contouring treatments, facials for congestion, breakouts, pigment and pores, glow-focused facials for brightness and smoothness, and restorative facials for stressed skin.

Every visit starts with a consultation with a skin specialist. The spa says it reads the skin first and chooses the treatment from there, so the facial a client books is a starting point rather than a fixed menu item. If the booked facial does not suit the skin, the spa says it will say so before treatment begins.

Each treatment room is used by one guest at a time, so appointments never overlap. Treatments are not sold at the bed, and no packages are sold during a treatment. The spa says its treatments involve no downtime and that makeup can be reapplied before leaving.

Among the signature offerings is the Snatched Jawline Facial, which uses lymphatic drainage, sculpting massage and a firming mask to define the jawline and reduce puffiness. The spa says the change is visible the same day and that the definition typically lasts three to five days after a single visit. The I Need a Miracle Facial is the spa's most intensive option, combining deep cleansing, resurfacing, extraction, lifting massage and layered hydration in one visit.

Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility. Rates, terms and approvals are set by Cherry. The spa notes that most skin is best served by a facial every four to six weeks. Results photos on the site are unretouched, same-light images taken after a course of treatments, and individual results vary.

The spa works from a skin reading at each visit and builds the treatment from what it finds, and it says it will recommend a different facial when the booked one is not right for the skin.
