Treatments start with a plan tailored to each client's goals. New patients book a consultation before most treatments, though injectables, facials, dermaplaning, massage and lash services are exceptions. New injectable patients complete a short good-faith exam with the supervising provider, in person or over Zoom. Appointments can be booked online through a Boulevard page or by calling the spa.

The facial menu runs from a 40-minute teen facial for ages 13 to 17, which includes deep cleansing, extractions and LED light, to an 80-minute anti-aging facial with a collagen-boosting peel-off mask and hydrating massage. Other options include Essential, European, Complexion Clearing, Intense Hydration, Back, Herbal Poultice and lymphatic massage with cupping facials. Listed facial prices run from $100 to $175. HydraFacial options include Signature, a three-step protocol custom designed by the in-house skin experts; Deluxe, which adds a booster of the client's choice and LED light therapy; Platinum, which adds lymphatic therapy; and Skin Confidence, meant for frequent sessions to restore skin health. Beyond facials, the spa offers Japanese Head Spa sessions for men and women. Visits are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm, Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, and Saturday by appointment only. A deposit is required to book: $50 for appointments under $500 and $250 for appointments of $500 or more. Cancellations and rescheduling requests are due at least 48 hours ahead. Deposits are saved as account credit for timely cancellations, valid for 12 months, and are forfeited for no-shows, late cancellations or arriving more than 15 minutes late. Package sessions are also forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Payment is due at the time of treatment, and a 3.5% service charge applies to credit card payments, while cash or debit avoids it. Financing is available through CareCredit, Cherry and PatientFi. Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa during treatments.
