The clinic describes its approach as results-driven and built around choosing treatments that suit each client's features and goals. It says it aims to help people look like themselves rather than like someone else. New clients are invited to a personalized consultation, and are asked to bring a photo from five or more years ago to show the look they are working toward. PRP and PRF, prepared from the client's own blood, are part of standard care at the clinic rather than an optional extra.

Many services have separate member and non-member prices, and membership terms are published on the website. Filler offers $50 off a second syringe and $100 off a third when used in the same visit, and Sculptra offers $100 off a second vial. Gift cards for products and services can be bought online. New patients pay a $50 deposit for appointments, which is applied to treatment on arrival. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, and no-shows, are charged $100 to the card on file, and repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows may lead to discharge from the practice.

The clinic says all gratuities are donated to the Protez Foundation, a Minneapolis non-profit that helps Ukrainian amputees receive prosthetics. Free street parking is available on either side of Central Ave.

Treatments are selected to suit each client's features and goals, with the aim that clients look like themselves, only more refreshed. PRP and PRF are built into many treatments as part of standard care.
