Lash work is the core of the menu. A Classic Set starts at $85 and takes about two hours or more, with one extension applied to each natural lash for full coverage. A Full Set is $165, takes about three hours, and requires a $50 deposit; it covers wet-set, anime, YY, W, hybrid, wispy, volume and mega volume styles. Fills start at $55 and take an hour or more, booked on a two- or three-week schedule, and they need 35 to 50 percent of the natural lashes still in place; with less remaining, a full set is booked instead. Clients whose sets were applied elsewhere can book a Foreign Fill for $115, which takes about 135 minutes, requires a $15 deposit and needs at least 40 percent of lashes remaining. Extension removal starts at $15 and takes 45 minutes or more, and a Korean Lash Lift is $100 for 75 minutes with a $15 deposit.
Facials are offered in four options, priced from $70 to $110. The Eterna Signature Facial ($70, 45 minutes) combines enzyme exfoliation, light extractions when needed, facial massage and a customized mask. The Hydration Infusion Facial ($90, 60 minutes) adds LED therapy, a hydrating antioxidant mask, ice globe therapy and scalp massage. The Radiance Renewal Facial ($90, 60 minutes) pairs enzyme exfoliation with ultrasonic exfoliation and an antioxidant treatment. The Eterna Glow Ritual ($110, 75 minutes) is the longest option, bringing together enzyme and ultrasonic exfoliation, LED therapy, extended massage with ice globes and a customized mask. Each facial requires a $25 deposit.
Brow services start at $65 and take 45 minutes or more, and can be brow lamination, brow waxing, brow tinting, or a combination. Waxing is available for the face, body and Brazilian areas. Facial waxing starts at $10 and covers brows, lip, chin and cheeks, with other areas noted at booking. Body waxing starts at $10 and takes 25 minutes or more. Brazilian waxing starts at $25 and first-time clients are welcome. For body and Brazilian waxing, clients are asked to come in with about a quarter inch of hair growth, roughly three to four weeks after the last service. For facials and Brazilian waxing, clients are asked to avoid retinol and exfoliating products on the area for 48 hours beforehand.
Cancellation terms are set out clearly. Clients are asked to give 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation within 24 hours is charged a 50 percent service fee, a same-day cancellation is charged the full service, and a no-show is charged the full service and cannot book future appointments.
The salon says its goal is to help clients feel more confident in their own beauty and leave appointments satisfied.
