Color is the core of the menu. The New Guest Color Session is a fully customized appointment, priced from $325 and about 210 minutes long, and it is the usual starting point for a first visit. Highlights come in three forms: the Soft + Dimension Highlight Session offers a subtle mini highlight, a partial highlight or a full highlight, while the Bright + Blonde Highlight Session has a maintenance option for existing blonde and a transformation option for clients who are not blonde yet. The Going Darker Session adds depth, richness and lowlights, or moves hair away from a brighter blonde.

Gray coverage can be done in permanent or semi-permanent color, alone or paired with a tone refresh or with highlights. Smaller add-ons include a custom gloss for tone and shine, a stand-alone toner, a haircut with styling, and a 10-minute Pamper Session with a deep conditioning treatment and a head massage. Hair extensions are offered after a free 30-minute Extension Consultation, which covers goals, the extension method and color, and a plan, and that consultation is required before extension services can be booked.

Walk-in arrangements are not described on the site. Appointments run Tuesday 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM and Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and the studio is closed Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations need at least 48 hours of notice; a later cancellation is charged half the booked cost, and a no-show is charged the full service cost. For in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available, but the client must be approved before the appointment.

Each visit is shaped around the client's hair type, daily routine and goals, with a preference for low-maintenance color and long-term hair health.
