New clients book a consultation first, which takes about 15 minutes and is required before any color or blonding service. Deposits vary by service, from about $5 for consultations, women's haircuts and blowdries up to $100 for the 2 Step Process. Rescheduling is asked for at least 48 hours ahead, since a shorter notice forfeits the deposit. A no-show without notice is charged 30% on top of the non-refundable deposit, and an appointment may be cancelled once a client is more than 15 minutes late, with a new deposit needed to rebook.

Clients enter through the side door from the parking lot, and parking is available beside the building or on the side street. The salon is open Tuesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.

New clients meet with the salon for a consultation before booking, which applies to color and blonding services in particular.
