Sugaring is the core of the menu, offered for women and men. Women can book full body sessions, including a half-body option covering arms, legs, Brazilian and underarms, or a full body session that adds full legs and the rest of the body. Men's sugaring follows the same pattern, from hands and feet to a full torso session covering the back, chest and stomach. Brow services include tinting, shaping combined with tint, and brow lamination. Lash services include lash tints and Korean lash lifts, with or without tint.

Bookings are made online through GlossGenius. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up without notice incurs a charge of 50% of the total service fee, and same-day rescheduling that shortens a service by more than 45 minutes carries a 50% fee. There is a standard 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, which the business may extend to 15 minutes; arriving after that results in a forced cancellation and a 50% fee. Booking authorizes the business to charge the card on file for these fees.

The studio is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
