Esthetix Skin Care LLC was founded in 2020 by Holly Mendoza, a licensed aesthetician with more than 14 years in skin care. The studio sits in the Prosperity Point office condominiums on North Eldridge Parkway in Cypress, and services are by appointment only, with hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

New clients are guided into a skin consultation and treatment first, which includes a skin analysis and personalized recommendations. Each visit is tailored to the client's skin, concerns, lifestyle and goals, and the treatment is chosen for that day. The studio's aim is for every appointment to be a relaxing hour in which clients can set other concerns aside.

Facial options range from a 45-minute teen facial and a 50-minute acne clearing treatment for teens and adults, to a 50-minute facial tailored to the skin's needs on the day, plus hour-long advanced versions. The Glow is done with Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial or Nanoinfusion. The Sculpt is a non-invasive microcurrent facial. The Corrective addresses issues like acne scarring, pigmentation, sun damage and lines, using Skinpen microneedling.

Advanced aesthetic procedures are performed under the supervision of a medical director, Dr. Sheriffdeen Ilo, DO. Beyond facials, the studio offers eyebrow and eyelash tinting, a Korean lash lift and tint that lasts up to six weeks, facial waxing for brows and lips, and skin tag removal. Clients can book online through the Vagaro app or by texting the studio for additional times.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin and goals, with the day's treatment chosen at the appointment, and advanced procedures are overseen by a medical director.
