Every treatment is tailored to the client's skin needs and goals rather than offered as a fixed menu. The studio uses professional-grade skincare products that were selected with care, and says its treatments suit clients of every age.

A first visit covers a consultation, a skin analysis, a personalized treatment, and recommendations for care at home. Most clients come back for a facial every four to six weeks, with the timing depending on their concerns and goals. The studio describes the Signature Custom Facial as the best starting point for new clients. Peel services are grouped separately, and first-time peel clients need a Custom Facial before their first corrective peel.

Services include corrective peels, facials, brow and lash work, and a virtual skin analysis. Gift cards come in fixed values of $15, $20, $25 or $50, or in any amount the buyer chooses, and may be addressed to one recipient or to several. Group gift cards allow multiple people to combine contributions toward a single recipient. A fee may be charged when a booking is cancelled or moved on fewer than 24 hours' heads-up.

Esthetikos works from personalized assessment: each facial, peel and brow treatment is set up around the client's skin needs and long-term goals, with an emphasis on honest recommendations.
