The core of the business is hair and makeup for weddings, events and pretrial sessions. Wedding looks can be natural or glam, and event services cover getting ready before and after an event, a photo shoot or a fashion show. Pretrial sessions, offered in the studio or on location, are a shorter trial of the bridal look before the big day. Hair color and treatment services use the salon's own products and exclusive shades.
The studio also offers everyday hair services, including men's cuts and color, women's cuts and styling, perms, color correction billed by the hour, extension installation and maintenance, keratin or botox smoothing treatments, and a Japanese-style scalp spa treatment that can be paired with a facial. Custom facials include deep cleaning, steam, red light, high frequency, a mask and a massage. Facial waxing and makeup applications are also available.
Studio hours run Monday to Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Thursday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Studio booking is for in-studio appointments only, while on-location bookings are made by phone or through the contact form. Consultations cannot usually be done the same day unless time is open. Quotes are valid for one week, and prices may change if the date is not secured within that time. Quote requests are answered within 24 hours.
On-location services are paced so artists work with two clients every 30 to 45 minutes with two artists, or one client every 30 to 45 minutes with one artist. The site asks the client to provide a well-lit, cool room, a nearby electrical outlet and a small table. Because multiple artists are available, the business says a booking is still covered if one artist cannot attend.
Education is a large part of the business. The founder leads private and group makeup certification classes for beginners through professionals, teaches business consulting for makeup artists including how to promote a business and network, and runs virtual and in-person classes. The business also sells professional hair and skin products online and a line of hair and skin products the founder created, made in the USA with ingredients such as biotin, amino acids and botanical extracts. Gift cards are sold through the website.
Works both in the studio and on location, with several artists available so bookings are covered if one artist cannot attend, and with a founder who trains and coaches her own artists.
