Booking is personal. Clients usually start with a quick consult on Facebook Messenger, and a free virtual or in-person consult is offered to help choose a service. Before reserving, clients complete a survey on the forms page, and the salon then contacts them to finalize the appointment. The studio is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and no guests, children or visitors are allowed during treatments.

Prices are firm unless a special or discount is stated. Extra materials or time may be added as an upcharge, but only with the client's consent. Appointments canceled more than fifteen minutes after the start time may carry a charge. Rescheduling may incur a 50 percent fee applied to the next appointment, and rescheduling or canceling twice in a row results in a cancellation charge even when notice is given.

Lash enhancements come with aftercare: avoid heat, steam and makeup for 24 hours after a set or fill-in. Fill-ins are suggested every two to three weeks, and once half the lashes are gone a full set is needed to keep the enhancement. Fill-ins done by another artist are not covered, since the owner is not familiar with those products. Clients who want to stop maintaining lash enhancements should contact the salon for proper removal.
