The studio describes itself as a newer, upscale destination for waxing and hair removal for women and men. The vision for the business was created by Tameka Dawson and first conceived in Manhattan before the downtown Simpsonville studio opened.

The studio puts education and technique first. Staff talk through a client's current brow shape and skin care, and the aim is for clients to leave feeling more confident, refreshed and relaxed. Waxing is done with Chocolate Wax, which the studio describes as all natural and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

The menu is organized into ladies and men's waxing, broscaping body waxing, brow services, bundles that combine several waxes at set prices, intimate studio treatments and Skin Lab facials. Intimate options include steam treatments, underarm detox, botanical lightening treatments made without hydroquinone, and the vajacial. Skin Lab facials use the Abraza skincare line, and the CPR Oxygen Hydration Facial uses medical grade oxygen over a 90-minute appointment.

Booking details include a 24-hour notice requirement for cancellations, with a fee of 50 percent of the scheduled service otherwise. No-show clients are not rebooked until a fee of 50 percent of the missed service is paid. Credit card information is needed to reserve future appointments, and clients are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals may have services shortened, and a 50 percent fee applies if services cannot be completed, waived when rebooked the same day. The studio accepts all major credit and debit cards and cash. Listed prices may change. The studio also sells its exclusive eyebrow cosmetic line and a post-treatment skin care line online and at its West Greenville location.
