The studio puts skincare first and builds its work around specific skin conditions rather than a single service menu. Facial and corrective skin care sit at the center, with chemical peels, microdermabrasion, medical grade facials, LED light, microcurrent and cavitation and radio frequency options for skin tightening. Signature facials, an acne treatment usually given as a series of professional sessions with home care, and a range of body treatments round out the facial work.

Beyond skin, the menu covers eyelash extensions (including individual NaturaLash sets, demi sets and infills), hard and soft waxing, Brow Code henna tinting, brow and lash tinting, and makeup for weddings, proms, birthdays and other special occasions. First-time clients can start with a complimentary consultation, a virtual consultation, or a new client facial that includes a consultation. The new client facial and the signature facial require a booking deposit, and the acne facial does too. The studio asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel, and a missed appointment or cancellation without that notice is charged in full. Late arrivals may have their sessions shortened, and the full session is still charged. Clients seeking acne or rosacea treatment are asked to complete a medical questionnaire and list current medications and skincare products first.

Skin care comes first, and treatment is focused on specific skin conditions. Plans are built around each client's skin type, often with a regular schedule of monthly facials or treatments.
