The Custom Facial is a single flat-price treatment of $200, built around the client's own concerns such as texture, dullness or aging. Depending on the skin, it may combine HydraFacial, nanoneedling, dermaplaning, ultrasonic therapy, microdermabrasion and other treatments.

The Custom Peel is also a flat $200. It is designed for acne, uneven tone, texture, pigmentation or signs of aging, and combines acids and boosters chosen for the client's skin type and goals. First-time clients are asked to begin with the $100 In Clinic/Spa Consultation, which includes a detailed skin analysis and a personalized treatment plan. That fee goes toward a treatment or product.

For clients who want to start from home, a free 30-minute virtual consultation reviews skin concerns, goals, current routine, lifestyle and treatment history. It includes a professional skin analysis, personalized recommendations, a customized home care regimen and product guidance. A valid card on file is needed to hold the appointment, though the consultation itself is free.

The studio is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and closed on Sundays. A $100 no-show fee applies if a client does not attend and has not cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead. Deposits are nonrefundable but can move to a new appointment if the change is made at least 48 hours in advance; changes inside that window forfeit the deposit.
