The facial menu ranges from a 45-minute deep cleansing facial to a 1 hour 45 minute European facial that combines diamond-tip microdermabrasion, radio frequency, lymphatic drainage massage and a lifting mask. Other options include a purifying facial for acne that uses ozone steam, extractions, high frequency and LED light; a radio frequency rejuvenation facial that the studio suggests booking weekly or in packages of 8 to 10; and a skin brightening and spot repair treatment with a suggested series of 6 to 8 sessions. A 90-minute botanical Luxor Signature Glow Facial, built on deep cleansing and enzymatic exfoliation, is also offered.

Waxing is done with a low-temperature, hypoallergenic hard wax. The studio says its wax clings only to hair follicles and not to the skin. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and to mention skin sensitivities and any active prescription skincare, such as Retin-A or Accutane, before treatment. Hair should be about a quarter inch long beforehand, without shaving or trimming too close. Waxing every 3 to 4 weeks is recommended, and the studio suggests not going longer than 6 weeks between appointments. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service.

Staff wear disposable gloves, and surfaces and tools are disinfected between clients, using hospital-grade disinfectant and single-use disposable tools where needed. A zero double-dipping policy applies to every wax treatment. After waxing, clients are advised to avoid heat, hot baths, saunas, swimming and intense exercise on the waxed area for 24 to 48 hours.

Appointments can be booked online at any hour through Booksy, where a 30% cancellation fee applies to reservations made that way. Major credit and debit cards and electronic payment are accepted, both online and in person at the studio. The studio has a parking space and is accessible for people with disabilities, and Wi-Fi and a loyalty program are offered.
