Esthetic Therapy is a skin care and Reiki business in Hartsdale, located in Suite 260 of the building at 111 North Central Avenue. Its menu is built around facials, with a set of Reiki rituals and sessions alongside them and one lash service.

The facials range from a holistic teen facial made with natural, non-toxic products, to an acne and corrective facial, a 60-minute holistic facial, a sculpt and lift facial, and a Signature Reiki Facial. The Signature Reiki Facial combines an energetic scan, Reiki, a full cleanse, sound healing and a guided meditation. Plant-based chemical peels use organic herb, fruit and flower extracts, and each one is customized on the day of the visit. They are not booked for first-time clients.

Add-ons can be combined with several facials. Options include facial cupping, gua sha, a firming mask, LED light therapy, a scalp treatment with light massage, dermaplaning, microcurrent and buccal massage. Packages bundle services at a lower price than booking them separately. Existing package holders book as usual on the Services page, and their credits apply automatically at checkout.

Reiki is offered as short ritual sessions, a one-hour healing session that includes 45 minutes of Reiki followed by a debrief and chakra reading, and virtual or distant sessions with a consultation before and a discussion after. A 30-minute Reiki add-on is available only to returning Reiki clients, in person or virtually.

New clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete consent forms, and clients more than 10 minutes late will not be seen. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours ahead through the website, by text or by phone, and direct messages on TikTok or Instagram are not accepted. A cancellation or no-show within 48 hours carries a fee of half the booked service.

Before a facial, clients avoid sunburn, tanning beds, retinols, acids, exfoliants, shaving and waxing for 7 days on either side of the visit, and avoid Botox or fillers for 2 weeks beforehand. Facials are not booked for 2 to 4 weeks after laser hair removal, microneedling, hydrafacials or chemical peels. Clients who are undergoing chemotherapy, or who have recently had surgery of any kind, are asked not to book at this time. The products used in facials are pregnancy safe, and pregnant clients are welcome.

Pairs skin treatments with Reiki and energy-focused sessions, and uses natural and plant-based products in several services.
