About

Facials run from a teen service and a microdermabrasion option to a signature facial and a deluxe treatment that uses active ingredients such as chemical peels, nano-needling and LED light therapy. Body treatments target acne on the back and buttocks, including acne scars and discoloration. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms and intimate areas, along with a male Brazilian.

Skin Script products are sold, and after a virtual consultation they can be shipped to the client. Packages and orders of $50 or more can be paid over time, and online booking runs through Vagaro.

Appointments require a deposit of half the payment, which is applied to the final balance. Cancellations need to be made by call or email at least three hours ahead or the deposit is kept, and a no-call, no-show forfeits it. Arriving more than 20 minutes late means rebooking. The spa texts confirmations 24 hours ahead, and clients are responsible for their appointment time if they are not reached. Free parking is available, and cards, cash, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. The owner also writes the spa's skincare and waxing blog.

Each treatment starts with a skin analysis, and the facial or wax is shaped around the client's skin. The spa puts education first, so clients leave with an understanding of their skin and how to care for it at home.
