The studio works out of a private room rather than a open salon floor, with the aim of a relaxed, quiet appointment. It describes the visit as something other than a typical salon trip, and clients can expect one stylist working with them from start to finish.

Every service begins with a consultation, which is free and takes about 15 minutes. From there the stylist recommends products that suit the client's style and hair care needs. Services cover women's and men's cuts and color, children's haircuts for children 10 and under, beard and mustache care, facials, scalp treatments and waxing for the brows, lip, nose and ears.

Hours are Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM. The studio is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. A cancellation fee of 70% applies to no-shows and to cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

Each visit opens with a complimentary consultation, and the stylist recommends products matched to each client's style and hair care needs.
