The name comes from the Italian for 'to be.' The salon describes its approach as a team that works together, a welcoming room, and hospitality at the center of every visit.

Hair services fall under SalonSpace. New guests begin with a consultation, and stylists work as a team, referring clients to a specialist for color, cuts, extensions, scalp care or skin. Extensions also require a consultation first. Color + Dimension is customized to each client, and treatments can be added to a visit or booked on their own to support hair integrity and longevity.

The HeadSpa is a 90-minute service that treats both scalp and hair, using Davines products. Each visit includes a scalp analysis, a deep cleanse, a treatment, a long massage, facial work and a blow dry. The salon has four HeadSpa beds. Clients who wear hair extensions, have recently had them fitted, have sewn-in styles, or have particular scalp sensitivities are asked to tell the salon when booking, since the service might need changes.

FaceSpace offers five 45-minute facials on an interactive facial chair, a Davines and Comfort Zone concept first tested in the UK. The salon partners with Comfort Zone, Davines' sister skincare brand, and describes itself as the first salon in the U.S. to have a FaceSpace. Eye Treatment, Extended Facial Massage, Neck + Décolleté and Advanced Mask Upgrade can be added to any facial.

A glass-walled caffé inside the salon has a full-time barista, specialty coffee, and beer and wine. Guests are told the price before a service begins, and if they are not happy with the result the salon offers a complimentary touch-up. Clients may also be moved to a different stylist if another one suits the service better. StudioSpace is an open room that can be rented for classes, performances, art and gatherings.

The salon works as a team, with stylists referring clients to the specialist best suited to color, cuts, extensions, scalp or skin. Services begin with a consultation for new guests.
