Signature offerings include Olaplex treatments paired with color and blowouts, Keratin and Botox hair treatments for smoothing and frizz, foil and balayage color, and brow and lash services such as brow lamination, lash lifts and tints. The salon uses professional hair products and high-end professional makeup brands, and says its waxes and dyes are hypoallergenic and designed for sensitive skin. Waxing and lamination are not booked after recent chemical exfoliation, microdermabrasion, injectables, surgery or cortisone use; brow tweezing is offered in those cases.

Bridal services include a free 30-minute bridal consultation, a bridal package covering a trial, wedding-day hair and makeup, and a touch-up kit, and on-site bridal styling and coordination for engagement sessions, bridal showers and receptions. The salon recommends booking bridal hair and makeup three to six months ahead.

Appointments can be booked through the website or by calling the reception team. For evening and weekend times, booking one to two weeks ahead is recommended. The salon is open Monday to Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sundays.
