The facial menu runs from a 35-minute lunchtime mini facial to a 90-minute microneedling session with stem cells and dermaplaning. The Dermaplaning Custom Facial uses a sterile blade to remove dead skin cells and peach fuzz, followed by an enzyme mask, light extractions, massage, and a hydrating mask. The European Signature Spa Facial adds a consultation, aromatherapy, steam, and massage, and the European Deluxe version adds red LED light. The New Client Facial Consultation and Treatment is a 75-minute visit that includes a hydrating facial, home care recommendations, and a three-month treatment plan. A Teen Facial is offered for clients 19 and younger. Clients must be 18 or older for spa services, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.

Acne care is handled through the Face Reality treatments. The 25-minute Initial Acne Consultation looks at skin type, acne type, and skin tolerance, and ends with product and treatment recommendations and an information packet. Products are not included in that visit; they cost about $240, with a $25 credit on a purchase of $200 or more. Acne treatments are booked every two weeks, and the spa says a clear result typically takes about six to eight treatments over three to four months. Chemical peels are described as mild to moderate and are used to even skin tone and soften the look of fine lines, wrinkles, and sunspots. ThermoClear high-frequency treatments address skin imperfections such as skin tags, sunspots, milia, and acne, priced by time, with retreatments included in the original price.

Microdermabrasion removes the outer layer of dead skin cells, and the spa describes it as reducing the look of age spots, fine lines, wrinkles, and acne scars over multiple treatments. The spa describes microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, as clinically proven to promote new collagen; that is the spa's own claim. Waxing and tinting covers eyebrows, lip, chin, ears, nose, and eyelashes, with combined eyebrow and lash packages. Add-ons include dermaplaning, oxygen therapy, Nuface microcurrent, and red LED light, and dermaplaning can be added to any facial.

Clients are asked to stop using retinol, retinoids, AHA or BHA products, physical exfoliants, at-home peel kits and facial wax for three to five days before an appointment. If running late, a client should phone or text the salon as early as possible, because the complete service time is not guaranteed. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made later and no-shows incur a charge of 50% of the service fee, and that charge also applies to gift certificates and packages. Packages cannot be refunded or transferred and have no cash value. Cards and cash are accepted. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards can be purchased online.
