The shop has been providing hair braiding in New Jersey for almost two decades.

Many listed services include the hair in the price, such as knotless braids in small, medium and waist-length sizes, and bohemian knotless braids with boho hair. Prices are posted on the website and may change if extras like washing, color or smaller braids are requested. Clients who arrive without washed and blown-out hair pay a $10 wash fee.

First-time clients book online, and a $40 deposit is required for bookings after 6 PM, applied toward the balance paid on the day of service. Walk-ins are welcome, with the last one taken at 6:30 PM, and visitors are asked to call that day to check availability. Free consultations are available without an appointment, and free private parking is offered.

Clients with damaged hair should call ahead, since the salon may suggest another option if braiding is not a good fit. Braid problems should be reported within 24 to 48 hours; the salon corrects them at no cost but does not offer refunds. Changes to a booking are made by replying to the confirmation email with CANCEL or RESCHEDULE in the subject. Children under 7 are not currently served.
