Prices run from $20 for a shampoo and conditioner wash to $250 for boho butt-length braids. Box braids, lemonade braids and spring twists are each listed at $160, and men's box braids at $65. Knotless braids are priced by size: jumbo at $120, medium at $180, small at $200 and extra small at $240. Kids' braids are $100, and cornrows are $120, or $50 for two jumbo cornrows.

Booking is done online, and every appointment carries a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final payment. Cancelling at least 24 hours ahead carries no charge, a later cancellation is charged half the service price, and a no-show is charged in full. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and one courtesy transfer of the deposit is allowed. Payment is due at the end of the appointment or on confirmation, by credit card, Cash App or cash. Payments for services already rendered, or under a payment plan, are not refundable.

Children and extra guests are not permitted in the salon, because of limited seating and insurance requirements. Beyond styling, the business also sells hair bundles, wigs, hair pieces, accessories, apparel and hair care products online.
