The menu centers on color, including accent foils, toners, glosses, fashion color, balayage and full or partial highlights, with cuts for women, men and children ten and under. Perms, shampoo and blowdry, deep conditioning, keratin treatment and event styling are also offered. Color is planned around each client's goals and the result they want.

Clients book online through GlossGenius. The salon is open Tuesday from noon to 7 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays. A 48-hour notice is expected for cancellations, and a 50% fee is added when a client does not show up and has not cancelled.

Color work is customized to each client's hair goals and the outcome they are hoping for.
