The lounge runs around the clock as a braiding and takedown space. The menu covers Boho knotless bob and braids, Bora Bora knotless braids, box and knotless box braids, Fulani, goddess, lemonade, stitch and men's braids, and Miracle Knots, along with cornrows, feed-in ponytails, twists, locs, crochet styles, ponytails and silk presses. Weave work includes sew-ins and lace closure and frontal installs, and takedowns include luxury braid removal with a professional detangle and wash. The business describes itself as Los Angeles and Inglewood's number one 24/7 braiding and takedown lounge, a claim it makes about itself. Scheduled appointments take a $50 deposit that goes toward the service, while walk-ins need no deposit. Clients can request a two-braider service for faster completion for an added fee.

Hair extensions and wigs are sold here in two tiers. The raw and virgin human hair line includes wave and straight styles such as Oceanwave, Straight, Naturalwave, Frenchwave, Indianwave and Deepwave. Independent beauty professionals can rent a daily booth for $65 Monday through Thursday or $85 Friday through Sunday, or a daily station available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with exits due by 8:50 PM. Spaces include towels, a smock, a stylist apron, WiFi, utilities, 24-hour secure access and client parking, along with marketing and owner support. Reservations are paid in advance by Zelle or Cash App, and the business also runs an Entrepreneur Business Course covering pricing, booking and point-of-sale setup, hiring and managing a team, and growing a service business. Payment is taken through Square POS, and Cherry pay-over-time plans are offered for eligible clients.
