Lash extensions come in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume and Anime styles, as full sets or as fills at one to four week intervals. Korean lash lifts are offered for upper lashes or for upper and lower lashes, with or without a tint, and can also be booked alongside lash extensions. Brow services include brow tinting, brow lamination, and a combined lamination and tint. Lash tinting and lash removal are also available.

Booking can be made through the salon's Square online page, by email or by phone. Clients need a card on file to book. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter-notice cancellations are charged half the service cost. No-shows are charged the full cost to the card on file, and clients who no-show twice cannot book again. Arriving 15 minutes late means the appointment is canceled and must be rebooked. A fill requires at least 30% of lashes to remain and a visit within 28 days of the last appointment; otherwise it is booked as a full set. Services are not refundable once finished, and clients with unusual lash loss should report it within 3 days.

The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Gift cards can be bought on the salon's website.

The salon also offers one-to-one training. A two-day Classic and Volume course covers theory, application and removals, control glue, tapping, mapping and layering, and hygiene and safety, and includes a lash kit and certificate of completion. A one-day Lash Lift course covers lash lift theory, hygiene and safety and live model application, with a Korean lash lift kit and a certificate of completion.
