About

Erika Lee founded Erika Lash & Beauty. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Business from Bunka Fashion College in Tokyo, Japan. Her early career was in fashion: after graduating she worked for a fashion trade company in South Korea, then opened a clothes boutique there in 2015 and ran it for three years.

After earning an esthetics license in New York in 2018, she worked at a Japanese eyelash salon in New York. She later spent two years at a boutique lash salon in Madison, Wisconsin.

Her clients are often women who put time into their own care and want lashes that help them feel more confident.
