Clients should have at least three weeks of hair growth before an appointment, must be 16 or older for chest, bikini and butt waxes, and are asked to arrive within a 6-minute grace period, as clients 6 or more minutes late are moved and must reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 50 percent of the total services.

Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or for a custom value, and are final sale. The studio accepts payments and offers a no-cost product pick up option.
