Erica spent several years working as a celebrity stylist in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She then returned to the United States and brought her business to Boca Raton.

The menu is organized into bundles that combine color with a cut, blow-dry or gloss, individual haircuts, and a range of color, gloss, highlighting, balayage, color correction, Liscio treatments and Thickinit extensions. Color correction starts with a consultation to review past color work and settle on the goal. Walk-ins are accepted. Online booking isn't offered, and cancellations need 72 hours' notice.

The salon has free parking, disabled access and WiFi, is listed as kid friendly, and staff speak English and Spanish.
