Erica Otto founded Eri-Ley MEDSPA as a small studio located at 198 Allendale Rd, Suite 303, in King of Prussia. The business is run by Aesthetic Nurse Erica L.L.C. The salon describes itself as a nurse-led practice close to Valley Forge National Historical Park. Keeping the studio intentionally compact gives each visit time for an unhurried consultation and for questions.
Every treatment begins with a consultation that covers goals, health history and whether a treatment is appropriate. The consultation includes an assessment of facial structure, proportions and movement from several angles. Clients do not need to choose a product or treatment beforehand, and the consultation may recommend less treatment, a different approach or no treatment at all. Clients are asked to bring a list of current medications and supplements and details of any past injectable treatments. Detailed medical history is not entered in the online contact form and is reviewed privately at the consultation.
The menu covers injectables and skin care. Wrinkle relaxers using Botox, Dysport or Letybo address frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, lip flip, glabella, masseters, DAOs and platysmal bands. Dermal fillers, which include Juvederm and Restylane, cover lips, under eyes, cheeks, chin and jawline, and lip filler uses a hyaluronic acid gel with topical numbing applied first. Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane can usually be dissolved with hyaluronidase when clinically appropriate. Botox is regularly priced at $15 per unit, according to the studio.
Microneedling is performed with ultra-fine needles that create precisely placed microchannels in the skin. It is used for rough or uneven texture, enlarged pores, fine lines, certain types of acne scarring, and dull or patchy tone. Most treatment plans include three sessions, set four to six weeks apart, though this can be adjusted. It can be done on its own or paired with PRP, an off-label use of a neuromodulator, or a hyaluronic acid serum blend. Microneedling does not replace filler or wrinkle relaxers, but the two are often combined on different days or in different areas, with the timing planned by Erica Otto. IV hydration is also offered, after a review of each client's health history.
Planning starts with how facial features relate to one another, with proportion considered before volume, and treatment aims to preserve natural expression and stay conservative where that is appropriate. The studio describes its standard of care as grounded in safety, expertise and professionalism.
