Every visit starts with a conversation about the client's goals, features and preferences, followed by a comprehensive consultation and facial assessment. Filler is not recommended for every concern, so after assessment the practitioner may advise no treatment or a different one.

Services fall into three groups. Wrinkle relaxers are used on the upper face, including forehead, frown lines, crow's feet and bunny lines, and on the lower face, including lip flip, gummy smile, chin, jawline, masseters and neck bands; they are also offered for excessive underarm sweating.

Beyond injectables, the practice considers skin quality and collagen support part of longer-term goals. SkinPen microneedling creates microchannels in the skin to support collagen and elastin production, and the practice states that SkinPen was the first FDA-cleared microneedling device. A series of sessions is generally recommended rather than a single visit.

Plans are individualized around each client's natural features, with an emphasis on balance, proportion and restraint, since more treatment does not necessarily produce a better result.
