Visits usually start with a consultation. Color consultations are free and last about 15 minutes, with the fee applied toward the service. Extension consultations are also free and about 15 minutes, with a $30 fee applied toward the final service. A personalized consultation is available to plan a customized service around the change a client wants. Appointments are booked through the website, where clients choose a location.

Services are grouped on the booking page into consultation, hair coloring, extensions, straightening, balayage, highlights, blow-dry, haircuts and add-ons. Extension services include invisible sewing, K-tip and Brazilian knot installs. The install price does not include the hair, and it covers up to two rows or 100 grams.

The brand also runs two-day courses for stylists: Reformulemos, a color course at $1,200, and El Negocio de las Extensiones, an extensions business course at $1,800.

Each service starts with a personalized consultation to learn a client's goals before a custom plan is made. The salon says it uses premium products and advanced techniques.
