Envy Lash and Wax Bar Downtown Martinez (1254 Pine Street)

Envy Lash and Wax Bar offers waxing and lash services from two Downtown Martinez locations: 649 Main Street, Suite 105, and 1254 Pine Street. Lash extensions can be tailored to each client, with a Classic, Hybrid or Volume set chosen to suit the look they want. Waxing is available to men and women and is used both for hair removal and for exfoliating the skin.

The salon uses premium synthetic lashes for its extensions and a hard wax blend that is described as suitable for all skin types. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and to avoid caffeine before a lash appointment, and aftercare for lashes is explained in detail at the visit.

Booking takes a full name, a phone number and a credit card on file. The card is charged only for a cancellation or a no-show, and a text reminder goes out 24 hours before each appointment. Cancelling at least 24 hours ahead is requested to avoid charges, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full service price. If an esthetician has to cancel or reschedule, the client receives 25% off. Clients are asked to come alone unless they arrange otherwise in advance.

The salon does not offer refunds. An unhappy client may have the service fixed at no charge or be moved to another esthetician. Lash service sales are final. Waxing carries a 5-day performance policy: missed hair within 5 calendar days of the service is touched up free at the original location. Payment is accepted by cash, credit, debit, Venmo and Apple Pay, with cash preferred.

Lash sets are customized to each client's needs, and waxing is done with a hard wax blend suited to all skin types.
