Consultations must be booked between 10 and 10:30 AM, and appointments outside that window are cancelled and rescheduled. The salon is open Wednesday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Extensions are a central part of the business. Sew-in installs include a shampoo and conditioning treatment, braid down and full install, and use ENVY'D Luxe Extensions. Traditional Sew-In is $265 and Flip Over Sew-In and Sew-In with Lace Closure are $290, each taking about 170 minutes. Traditional Sew-In requires a $50 deposit to book, and the other two require a $55 deposit.

Work is planned around keeping hair healthy and easy to manage, with appearance following from that.
