Each appointment begins with a lash mapping, where the artist considers eye shape, natural lash length and strength, how much upkeep the client wants and the look they are after. Extensions are placed on isolated natural lashes with a professional-grade adhesive and premium, cruelty-free products. A full set usually takes about two to two and a half hours, and a fill takes 60 to 90 minutes. Full sets start at $240 and fills start at $110, with exact prices shown in the online menu before a booking is confirmed. Affirm payment plans are available at booking. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes, and contact-lens wearers are asked to bring a case.

Fills are booked every two to three weeks to remove grown-out extensions and replace any that have shed. If most of a set has shed, the fill may need to be booked as a new full set. With proper care, full sets are typically expected to last four to six weeks. Clients can book aftercare guidance covering keeping lashes dry for the first day, cleansing daily with an oil-free lash foam, and avoiding oil-based products near the eyes.

Lash lifts curl and set natural lashes from the root using a silicone shield and lifting solution, with no extensions involved. The treatment takes about an hour and is expected to last six to eight weeks with no upkeep appointments. Lash lifts are currently offered only to existing clients, and new clients begin with a full extension set. Lash lift pricing is not listed, so clients are asked to contact the studio.
