Precision Ink Artistry is a brow and lash studio at 40820 Winchester Rd, Suite 2505, in Temecula. Leslie Hernandez is the studio's professional, and the business focuses on permanent brow work and lash extensions. It is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 8:00pm and closed on Sundays.

The brow menu covers three permanent methods. Nano Brows use hair-like strokes applied with a tattoo machine, similar to microblading, and suit mature or sensitive skin or clients who want a softer, fuller look. Combo Brows pair hair strokes at the front of the brow with microshaded powder toward the back. Powder Brows, also called Ombre or Microshading, create a soft, powder-like finish, and the site says they suit clients with oily skin.

Lash services are built from synthetic fibers applied individually to natural lashes with adhesive. Classic Lash gives a subtle look for clients who already have a decent amount of natural lashes. Hybrid Lash adds texture along with length and volume, softer than a full-volume set. Volume Lash gives a fuller, denser result and suits clients with sparse natural lashes.

A first brow session is planned to run about three hours. It includes mapping and shaping, before and after photos, numbing and the procedure itself. Numbing cream is applied before brow work, and the site says most brow clients report only minor discomfort. A brow touch-up takes about two to three hours. A first lash set takes about two hours, and a lash touch-up about one hour, with infills recommended every two to three weeks.

Brow color is started slightly lighter and adjusted at the touch-up if needed. Brows may lose up to 30% of their initial color during the first four weeks of healing. Nano Brows typically need a touch-up every one to two years, while Combo or Powder Brows usually need one every two to three years.

Before a brow procedure, clients are asked to avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours, and to avoid blood-thinning medication for 72 hours unless their doctor advises otherwise. Brows and lash extensions should not get wet for 24 to 48 hours afterward. Brow tattooing is not offered to clients currently on Accutane, in chemotherapy, pregnant or breastfeeding, or who are sunburned. Clients who arrive with a sunburn must reschedule and forfeit their deposit.

Each brow design is planned around the individual face rather than a single template, and the studio is oriented toward natural-looking results.
