A visit usually starts with a personalized consultation, where the stylist learns about a client's hair, daily routine and goals. New color clients must book a complimentary color consultation before their first color appointment, and a credit card must be kept on file to book any appointment.

The color menu includes a single custom shade applied from roots to ends, full and partial foil highlighting, a blended low-maintenance color with a natural root melt, a quick glaze for shine and tone, fashion shades such as pinks, blues and purples, and in-depth color correction for uneven tone or past results. Every color service includes a blow-dry and style.

Cutting services include customized women's cuts, tailored men's cuts, skin fades, pixie cuts, curly cuts that work with natural curl pattern, and children's cuts for ages 10 and under. Hair treatments include two keratin smoothing options, a deep conditioning masque for dry or damaged hair, and a detox treatment for mineral, chlorine and hard water buildup. Services are non-refundable, though a complimentary corrective service is offered within 14 days if a client is unhappy with results.

Hours run Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by phone; later cancellations may be charged half the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee. Retail products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, and the website includes an online shop.
