Services run from a 15-minute bottom lash application to a two-hour volume set. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, and clients can choose the length as long as their natural lashes can support it. Hybrid sets combine volume fans with classic extensions and are suggested for clients whose natural lashes are less dense and who want a fuller look; the option is open to all clients. Volume sets apply 4D to 6D fans to each natural lash for a dense, dramatic look.
Fills maintain extensions already in place. A fill requires that the client still has at least 40 percent of their lashes, and it should be booked within 21 days of the previous visit. A fill booked after 21 days is treated as a full set. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and oil, and the business notes that results vary with each client's natural lashes.
