Facials look beyond the surface. Each one considers how stress, nutrition and daily habits may be affecting the skin, alongside the concerns the client brings in. A first visit is the New Client Skin Ritual, an 80-minute appointment that includes a consultation and a customized facial. Facials are usually recommended every four to eight weeks for most clients. For facials, clients undress from the waist up and gowns are provided.

The studio partners with Osmosis Beauty and DMK International, and describes both brands as pioneers in holistic and paramedical skincare. Osmosis treatments include a needle-free, acid-free facial that delivers active ingredients into the skin, along with professional-only Exosome and Liposome Infusion treatments. The business states that each Exosome Infusion contains 670 billion bioactive exosomes and that Liposome Infusion increases ingredient absorption by up to 600 percent. DMK treatments require professional products, and the New Client Intro is the first appointment for DMK Enzyme Therapy.

Wellness coaching is offered as a separate track for clients who want structure and accountability toward their goals. Programs range from a one-time Healthy Aging Evaluation to a four-week plan and a 90-day coaching program, all built around skin, body and mind together. Booking requires a credit card, which is not charged until the appointment. The card on file may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows, and clients who cancel sick with late notice are charged the cancellation fee but may use it as credit within two weeks. Some services require a deposit at booking. Gift cards can be bought online in set amounts or a custom amount and can be scheduled for delivery. Gift card sales are final.
