The facial menu ranges from a 50-minute teen facial and a 70-minute back facial to a microdermabrasion facial and an acne facial with extractions and spot treatment. Three Osmosis facials are offered, and custom facials can be booked at 60 or 90 minutes. Facial treatments are adjusted to each client's skin type.

Skin treatments include microneedling, which the business also calls collagen induction therapy; very small micro-injuries are made to encourage collagen production. The skin is numbed beforehand, and a Celluma LED light is used afterward to help reduce inflammation. The business notes that microneedling is not recommended for people who are pregnant, have active cancer, keloids, bleeding disorders, skin disease, or poor health, among other conditions. Chemical peels take about 45 minutes.

Waxing covers underarms, nose, and face. Hand and foot treatments and a 30-minute consultation are also available. A honey massage upgrade can be added to a visit; it swaps massage oil for hot stones and a honey mask during a neck, shoulder, and arm massage.

Facial treatments are tailored to each client's skin type, with steps such as extractions, high frequency, or LED light added where a service calls for them.
