Every visit starts with a consultation to talk through hair goals, lifestyle and preferences. Listed prices are starting points and are finalized at that consultation, since service and product costs vary. Corrective color is priced only after a consultation.

Hair extensions are a specialty here, with hand-tied, K-tip, I-tip and tape-in methods available. Extension services require a personalized consultation before booking, and tape-in extensions typically need maintenance appointments every six to eight weeks. The salon also offers standard and luxury perms, Olaplex and Pro Fiber treatments, deep conditioning and smoothing treatments.

The salon has a partnership with L'Oreal Professionnel, which it says gives its stylists access to advanced training and color lines, and it uses products it describes as technologically advanced. Hair care products are sold for clients to take home. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, and a $100 nonrefundable deposit applies to color corrections, smoothing treatments and vivid or fashion color. A $6.25 Health + Eco Service Charge has applied to each visit since November 2024. Redo adjustments are free if requested within 7 days of the original service and done with the same stylist, and product exchanges or refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Pets are not allowed in the salon apart from guide animals, and children and visitors are welcome only when receiving a service.
