Rather than working from a fixed menu, each facial is built around the client's skin on the day of the appointment. Signature sessions begin with a skin analysis and consultation, followed by a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed or wanted, a treatment mask, and finishing products chosen for the client's skin type. The modalities used in a facial are selected for each visit and can include dermaplaning, hydrodermabrasion, ultrasound, microcurrent, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, nano needling, Korean treatments, pregnancy-safe facials, and chemical peels. The Restoration Facial is a 60-minute customized session focused on the skin barrier, and The Renew + Restore Facial is a 90-minute session for deeper correction and relaxation. The Belly Bloom Facial is a 50-minute treatment for the face and belly, designed for expecting or postpartum clients.

Memberships are offered on a monthly basis with no contracts and can be cancelled at any time. The Mini Scoop is $29 a month and includes online education portal access, 10% off virtual consultations, and 10% off orders of $200 or more with free shipping. The Signature Scoop is $99 a month and adds a personalized curated skincare box, a monthly 15-minute check-in call, and 10% off virtual consultations and skincare products. The Luxe Scoop is $199 a month and includes monthly curated skincare boxes shipped to the client, one 60-minute in-clinic facial that does not roll over, and 15% off virtual consultations and skincare products. The Skin Scoop membership also includes personalized morning and evening home care routines and monthly skin check-ins.

Guests can bring extra people to appointments, including children. A retainer holds an appointment spot. Late arrivals are still seen for the remaining time of their appointment, and clients are asked to let the salon know when they are running late or cannot come. Clients using retinol, tretinoin, or other active skincare should mention it during consultation. Downtime depends on the treatments chosen, and some chemical peels may cause temporary redness, sensitivity, or peeling. Refreshments are offered in the waiting area.
