Booking policies are strict and worth reading before an appointment. A valid card on file secures every booking, and appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice carries a fee of half the service total, and cancelling with less than 24 hours notice or not showing up carries the full total. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may lead to a late fee, a modified service, or cancellation. Cash and card are the accepted payment methods. Clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule. Final pricing can vary with hair density, length and product use, and the studio may decline service if hair integrity is compromised, expectations are unrealistic, or policies are not followed.

Refunds are not offered on services, but adjustments can be requested within 7 days of the original appointment. Extension adjustments within 7 days are complimentary; after that they may require a paid reinstall, and improper home care can affect eligibility. Extension hair must be paid for in advance before ordering and is a final sale, and retail products can be returned only if defective.
