Color is the core of the menu. Full-blonde lightening with toner is offered for clients who need a lot of hair lightened, while dimensional options range from a softer grow-out look to lighter pieces on brunette hair. Clients who are already light can maintain their blonde with a gloss, and a brightening service lifts the look without lightening the underneath. Root and grey coverage is handled by a service that comes in a leave-wet version for darker hair. Redheads and clients who are already red or blonde have their own service, and a color-correction appointment covers full changes and blends uneven or striped results from color done at home.

Beyond color, the menu includes kids and men's cuts, women's cuts with styling, bang trims, curls and beach waves, blowouts, and updos or half-up styles. Bridal work includes a trial and day-of styling in the salon. Hair extensions are offered in I-tip, Ktip and weft styles, with installation and removal for clients who have already ordered their hair, plus an extension consultation.

New clients and anyone considering a big change are invited to book a consultation first. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50 percent of the service. Bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Cherry, a third-party lender, and clients can get pre-approved before their visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom value and are final sale.
