Booking requires a nonrefundable deposit, and the rest is paid on the day of the appointment. Deposits run from $4 to $50 depending on the service. Cancellations and no-shows made within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 30% fee, and completed services are not refunded. Prices can change without notice, and guests must be over 18.

Photos and videos may be taken before, during and after services and used in the business's marketing on its website, Facebook and Instagram. Clients can also buy gift cards or browse the shop, and can send questions to Sherry Vang through the contact form on the website.

Treatments are chosen around the client's skin type and the look they want for brows and lashes, with the custom facial as the main skin treatment.
