Enhance Salon Boutique works out of a private studio for textured and natural hair care. Each appointment takes place in its own room with a door that stays closed and locked, so the guest has one-on-one time with the stylist and no additional guests can come along. The studio is located in Phenix Salon Suites in Bartlett and draws clients from Memphis, Cordova and across the Mid-South.
Visits are by appointment only. A reservation is confirmed once the emailed digital consultation form is submitted, and a welcome packet then covers parking, payment, terms of service and hair preparation. New guests receive a custom steam treatment at their first visit, and aftercare instructions arrive by email on the day of the appointment. The studio is cashless and takes Visa, Mastercard and American Express; Afterpay and Klarna are accepted only for select New Guest Sessions. New clients are welcomed from age 12 up, but Saturdays are reserved for returning guests, so a first appointment must be on a weekday.
Extended services come with a complimentary lunch, and refreshments such as Voss water, wine and seasonal drinks are provided. The studio also offers Wi-Fi, blankets, phone charging, a mug warmer, a microwave, a refrigerator and streaming at no charge. The studio describes its experience as going beyond a typical salon visit.
Bomb Twists are a signature offering, made in-house by a small production team that the owner trains and installed with a braid-down technique that allows shampooing while installed. Bridal by Enhance is a separate package, typically between $450 and $1,400, that includes a personalized consultation, a preview session and day-of styling.
Hair health is treated as the foundation of every style, and the studio focuses on the care that comes between visits as well as the style itself.
